The hotel is in a convenient location, close to restaurants and a shopping center. The rooms were clean and non-smoking as requested, but there was a terrible sewage smell in the middle of the night. My hubby was comfortable during our stay. The staff being bilingual was a plus, but being close to the air Creebec center was a bit noisy for us. It's right in downtown Val d'Or making it perfect for those on business trips.
